Naps working great!

While be overall schedule has been getting knocked around by some traveling and a couple social outings, I've noticed that the effectiveness of my 20 minute naps have greatly improved. I've been using my 19 minute nap track and been able to wake up feeling substantially better than I felt when I went to sleep. I've also be successful in slipping in extra naps to compensate for nights when I either had to shift my core or had some other issue. I'm trying to stabilize my sleep schedule over the next week or two in order to form a habit to my current sleep schedule.

Current Schedule:
Core: 0400 - 0700
Nap 1: 1200 - 1220
Nap 2: 1700 - 1720
Nap 3: 2230 - 2250
